I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. de Andrade has helped me with my back, neck, and wrist pain for the past 10 years. She was most helpful for relieving my pain after I gave birth to my son. Just yesterday, she also treated my son after a head injury. The ability to work with a toddler and get full cooperation is an incredible gift! She has magical hands and always knows exactly what needs to be treated.

In terms of the office, I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They were a caring staff. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
