Dr. Franks goes out of his way to educate his patients. If everyone could attend his orientations, they would seek the services of him or another chiropractor.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
