I went to Dr. Medwar for NRT as well as Chiropractic care and I eat a vegan diet. I had a completely different experience than what the previous person described.

Dr. Medwar never lead me to believe that my diet was insufficient. She did ask me about my diet. Specifically to ensure protein intake was adequate and how many vegetables and fruits I eat. Because I eat a mostly whole food diet, she cheered me on and was completely supportive. I'm happy she asked me about my diet because she understands that diet has everything to do with one’s health and the way you feel. More health care professionals should do the same!

I continue seeing Dr. Mary exclusively for NRT and Chiropractic care and I would highly recommend Dr. Medwar. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, supportive and gives me 110% of her attention every time I visit. She also has a terrific staff that make you feel right at home and seem to know everyone on a first name basis.

Simply put this is a top notch practice with a compassionate Dr. and staff and I have seen results that exceeded my expectations.

I went for Nutritional Response Testing as I was having GI issues. Leaving aside the questionable scientific basis of this modality, Dr. Medwar was very unreceptive to a vegetarian lifestyle. She berated me for not eating meat and told me that I would have to start eating meat immediately -- she didn't listen to, or take into consideration, my lifestyle choice. She was very combative if you didn't blindly follow her suggestions (i.e. to immediately start eating meat or "risk dieing"). There is no way I could ever work with this woman -- her bed side manner is nothing short of beligerant -- her way or the highway and I choose the later.
