They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I did not find that the office was dusty at all. They did show me what my insurance covered before they did anything. I did not receive any bills or surprises. They did a good exam and explained what was wrong and several different options to address it. I did read the other review by Amy, and I am not sure what she was talking about. Dr. Sparks did ask my wife to come with me and he showed her three different things to do at home that really do help me feel better. I did not get the impression that she had to come and that it was a sales pitch.
They are very efficient with there appointments, I am usually right in and right out . They rooms are private but yes they have doors that can be left open, but it is not like anybody see you or walks by.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The first visit was was their sales pitch. They even employed the old salesman requirement that both spouses be present before the "contract" is signed (yes, there is an actual sales contract). When I said that it seemed unnecessary to me for my husband to take off work to go to the chiropractor with me, the doctor's wife (who is also in the practice) looked shocked and acted as if that would be a problem.

They assured me they could "cure" my scoliosis which is impossible. If anyone tells you scoliosis can be cured, run the other way because they're scamming you.

My husband used to be in sales and they used several sales tricks to get you to sign the contract.

The rooms were very dirty (very dusty in the corners and on the equipment).

You were given a number to hang on the outside of a cubicle in which you waited on the table face down for all the world to see as they passed by. In other words, you were treated like an animal with no human dignity.

I went twice and stopped. They have since never stopped sending letters pleading and cajoling for me to come back. This couple does not care about people. They're obviously in it for the money.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
