They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.
