Medical Doctors had worsened what they diagnosed as a sprained neck and upper back with medicine and physical therapy. Brian Duermit was amazing. He got rid of the pain almost immediately...a huge difference! Dr Duermit answered all my questions and is always available if I have more. The staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful and very professional. I was so impressed with the quickness of my healing. I highly recommend Duermit Chiropractic to anyone.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
