They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was, right next to Big Lots. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I have been seeing Dr Masters for years now, he is one of the best in the business. Dr Masters never makes you come more than you need to and he always takes the time to make sure you understand whatever your problem is and approximately how long it will take to fix it. I would and have referred many people to his office.

The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
