Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.
