Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
