They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Dr Sue has helped me through various issues I've had during the past 4 yrs. The first time I met Dr Sue was when my GP referred me to her after a car accident. The quality of care she gave me was wonderful and very helpful towards my recovery. I've gone to her numerous times afterwards for neck/back problems, and achilles tendonitis problem. I would recommend her and the entire staff to anyone who needs to seek a chiropractic doctor!!
