They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary and are really flexible with their walk in options. Thank you Walk in chiro!1
