I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. What put me at ease was the fact that their office equipment was in good shape. Everything was current and taken care of. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
