Parking is not an issue. The staff is not only friendly and helpful, they are informed about procedures and are great resources. The waiting room is comfortable with options for reading. Most important, the doctor has patient rapport, honest appraisal of eye issues, and gave me information to make decisions about my eye care. I wanted to give a 5 star rating, but for some reason the 'system' would only accept 4.5.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
