I have had to call this office 3 times in a 8 weeks period just to see if Dr. Tadlock would be willing to see me and my son. I had skin cancer before and my son, 9, has several moles that do not look good..This was all told to the receptionist each time I called ; to be told I would get a call back the next day...I finally couldn't wait any longer and had to get another referral to another Dr.
So needless to say~ if you have a potentially serious situation DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...They are not interested in new patients...

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
