Dr Mark Greenburg is the least professional physician I have ever had or worked with after more tan 30 yrs in the health care field he is without sympathy he makes decisions about treatment without review patients records , X-rays,MRI or his own questionnaire that he requires his patients to fill out before each appointment. He is so uninterested in his patients that he doesn’t even review medication list.

I am spinal cord injured. Because a) my PCP retired and b) Asante won't allow PCPs to Rx pain meds, I was sent to Greenberg. I wouldn't take my dog to this doctor. He epitomizes uncaring. He makes no effort to build rapport. He does not discuss my care with me, rather makes unilateral decisions. HE DOES NOT LISTEN. He types the whole time you're speaking. If you are speaking, and not in direct answer to a question from him, he interrupts and is dismissive. On the intake forms (which equal a small booklet), I wrote twice that the questions do not cover my condition; and I stated this to him. He ignored this completely, which means he made decisions about my care without learning everything about my condition or my circumstances. When I said that THC is the most helpful for pain relief, he said and I quote "Well, you think so." He did a muscle-strength scale, and he put his hand on my head and tried to turn my head, as though I were a manikin, rather than simply asking me to turn my head. In short, he is arrogant and controlling. And his nurse? His nurse runs games on patients and is amused by this, which is just sick.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

The staff really knows what they're doing, They're able to answer most of my questions, Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They were very qualified and knowledgeable.

Dr. greenburg had stereo typed me and made me feel that because of my age i should not be in pain enough to be on specific medications including opiods. made essesments and diagnosis before having any of the pateints history or records. Also stated that i shouldnt be on s.s.d.i even before doing a full physical and finding out that i had severe nerve damage which effected my gate causing severe pain at times. I dont know if they have alot of drug abuse cases or something in there office but i was very ill treated and criticized for being disabled and on ssdi. mostly elderly pateints came into the office dont know if dr. greenburg is biest but it sure seemed that way. also made the asumption i would be on disability and pain meds for the rest of my life and didnt even bother to ask if there was a full study on the area causing the disibility which i havnt been to a neuroligist specialist yet to see due to location and funding. nerve conduction report was done but he saw me before he had a complete file on me and treated me as i made this all up. i recomend only seeing him if ur looking for alternative solutions to pain management. Otherwise you will not be treated kindly nor does he have the pateints.
