The one thing I love about them is that they always help me out when I need my glasses repaired or adjusted. They always fix my glasses pretty quickly, so I never have to worry about being without them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like.

I have been a patient of Dr Hatcher for over 10 years. He and his staff are very professional and accommodating. He thoroughly answers any question I may have, and he explains the results of all examinations in terms that are easy to understand. I leave each visit feeling educated and knowing my eyes are under the best care Ventura (and beyond) has to offer!
