They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The office was easy enough to find. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. DR. STEINBERG HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME. I WAS SENT TO OTHER DR.'S BY MY HMO & THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEMS.

Kind of, but not very well

They were average

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Dr. Steinberg was the only physician who was able to help me with an acute case of plantar fasciitis. He tried more conservative options before proceeding with custom orthotics, and cortisone injections.
He never suggested surgery, and was always ready and able to help me with any problems.
I have referred friends and work associates to him and they have always been happy with his treatment of their ailments.

From my experience he is a very good doctor who truly cares about his patients.
It has been years since I have had any foot problems, but have recently had a flareup, so was looking up Dr. Steinberg online to see if he had changed locations, as he is the one doctor I want to see.
When I saw the reviews here I felt I had to add my positive experiences to them.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Steinberg for over 20 years. In fact he is the only Podiatrist I will see. I moved to Colorado in 2004, but when I come to Burbank to see family I try to schedule an appointment with Dr, Steinberg. He has treated me for many sprained ankles, heel pain, and my super flat feet. I only trust him with my feet & ankles. He has never steered me wrong. In fact, I recently sprained my ankle, and called his office for a consultation to make sure the doctors here were going to do the right thing. I even considered traveling to Burbank for treatment. I have referred him many times to family & friends and all have been treated extremely well. He performed bunion surgery on my sister, on both feet, with no complications, he treats my Mom for nerve pain, & my husband for a toe problem. We all consider ourselves very lucky to find Dr. Steinberg and his caring and competent staff.
