I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. He actually listens to any medical complaints/issues, and responds accordingly.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I have been going to Dr. Kulkarni for the past twenty three years. He is one of the few remaining sole practitioners. He is one of the better doctors I have had in my life.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

The women that I encountered while visiting this office had ZERO expression. I was nervous enough seeing a new provider & this was a major turn off. I always give the benefit of the doubt but my subsequent encounters (3) were the same.
Dr. Kulkarni was friendly and likeable, however, I didn't feel he was the right doctor for me.
