They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The chairs in the waiting room were average ..

I experienced an eye injury and Dr Ford fit me in and saw me even earlier than my appointment. His staff and he were compassionate and very helpful.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
