They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
