They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was pleased to see that their equipment looked new and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that nothing was old or falling apart. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

I loved going to this office! This doctor knew exactly what I needed and he took care of the problem. I had many irritating skin growths and lumps and he was able to remove them, quick and easy. Some of them hurt, which I didn't love, but I sure loved the smooth skin I had when the spots healed! Going back, several years later, for the same thing!

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are the ONLY ones that took the time to actually figure out the problem and diagnose it correctly. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Dr Jenson has the driest sense of humor we've ever seen with a doctor. He makes you feel comfortable.
