The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I felt very rushed. Seitz seemed short with me and with his staff. I feel bad for the gals that have to work with him everyday. The front desk people are extremely rude -of course their boss is that way so why shouldn't they act like that. I waited over 30 minutes for my first visit and 25 on the second. I walked out only because they 'forgot' to give me some vital medication I needed for the procedure I was scheduled for. Ridiculous! Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf from the tv in the waiting area. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer crazy. I will never visit them again.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
