They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
