It has been over 5 weeks since I had a test administered and I have yet to hear or see the results, rather that is by phone, email, or mail! I have left several messages over the course of 5 weeks to find out the results from the test I paid for and still no avail. This has been a horrible experience. I do not recommend Dr. Reiner.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Reiner and his staff are superior. Dr. Reiner was absolutely committed to making me feel comfortable, listened actively, answered all my questions and concerns, and ultimately he provided the treatment appropriate for healing my ENT condition. His surgery scheduling process is thorough and Kerry, who's in charge of it, is patient beyond words. She took my many phone calls to be sure all follow-up health questions as well as information about billing and insurance were completely clear and taken care of. I highly recommend the practice.
