I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
