Horrible, and I didn't even see the Doctor! I had an 11am apt. and when I arrived I was not greeted so I signed in on the sheet. My 7 month old needed to be see for ezcema. I waited 30 minutes past my apointment time, noticing the waiting room full of people and only one name had been called, and then asked when my son would be seen. The women at the front desk said it will be a while probably 1 1/2 or more! Then she said the doctor was in surgery and did not know when he would be done. Why was I not called and informed the doctor was hours behind? Why did no one greet me at the front desk and let me know? Why would the doctor schedule his surgery in the middle of the day? I had to wake my son from his nap to come! Disgusted I walked out and will not return.
