They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would. I didn't mind that they scheduled all of my procedures for the same day. Normally that might have bothered me, but all of my procedures were very simple, and could be done at the same time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
