They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I waited for over an hour to see Dr. Ashley. The prescription was written for the wrong percentage so the pharmacy had to call him to confirm, and I had to make another trip. I just tried to call and make another follow up appointment and was on hold for over 10 minutes. I will be finding another doctor.
