The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I received a warm welcome. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't experience complications after my surgery. I recovered quickly and had a great experience. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I could tell that all the staff and nurses really enjoyed working there. They must have a really good boss. The nurse is his wife so of course she enjoy her job. My breast reduction and lack of breast life was the worst I have ever witness. We originally discuss going from a 42G to DD or D. The right breast is a c cup and the left breast is a B cup. The stitching he used has left my skin as if it's keloid. I have had several surgeries and have never been left in this condition. In my opinion Dr Mclure shouldn't be performing Breast Reduction. If this review can help the next female, don't walk out of his office run..

Dr. Mclure isn't the friendliest doctor, but he's very skilled. Almost everyone that I know who has used him, including myself, has been pleased. The only person I know who wasn't pleased had impossible expectations. His staff is excellent and very helpful. They more than make up for his grumpy-ness.

Frankly, the results were beyond belief. There are no scars and even twenty years later, when I had a tumor removed, the doctors could not believe they were sugmented. The breast doctor and surgeon all thought they were natural. The compliments have been the best. It did require me to get a new bullet proof vest for my job, as a deputy sheriff. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Dr. McClure to anyone without hesitation.

I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck performed by Dr. McClure. While his office staff was very nice, the results of my surgery was not good at all. During the consultation, Dr. McClure stated, and I quote, "This is a diaster". He stated I needed a breast lift on one side to correct the asyemtry and also difference in breast volume. During the original surgery, Dr. McClure decided not to do the breast lift, and I recieved 600 ML Silcone Breast implants over the muscle, along with a tummy tuck. The results are not good. The breasts were still very uneven and the right breast was still much larger than the left. The tummy tuck scar around the belly button was thick and unattractive. Also Dr. McClure did not completely remove my pre-exsisting c-section scar and the insision he did make was uneven and sloppy.

6 months later I did go back from a "revision" after Dr. McClure agreed to do a lift on the right breast and small reduction.

The results was again, not good. The right breast now sat much higher than the left, and the shape was competely different than the right. The nipple was far too high and the scars were thick. I was completely embarrassed and depressed by the results. The breasts were also so far apart from each other that an large hand could fit inbetween the two breast. The right breast remained very hard, and misshappened, while the left was soft and began to severely sag. I also had extremely bad rippling in the left breast.

I decided not to go back to Dr. McClure for anything else and pray that it would improve over time.

Recently, I decided to pursue a revision surgery after I suspected I had developled Capular Contracture. I decided to have a complete revision done. During the surgery, the new Doctor descovered several things that were done incorrectly. First, the pockets for both of my implants were way too large. The implants themselves were not the correct shaper or size for my chest wall. The doctor discovered that the muscles were also damaged so because of these two reasons, he was unable to place my new implants under the muscles as we wanted. He also descovered that my right implant had been ruptured, most likely by Dr. McClure during the 12/08 "revision". There was Grade 2 Caplular Contraction on the right breasts as well. The doctor also had to move my right nipple down 2 CM because it was sitting far too high up.

On July 14, 2010, I had my breast reconstructive surgery was complete.

I would like a refund from Dr. McClure for the surgery he performed on me. Moreover, I want to share my experience with other people so that maybe I can help someone else from going thru the same things I have gone thru.

Because of the botched plastic surgery I recieved from Dr. McClure, I became extremely depressed. My body image was so bad I would not allow my husband to look or touch my breasts. I could not properly wear a bra or swim suit because of the severe difference in the two breasts size and shapes. I was completely humiliated by the results. It took every ounce of courage I had to seek help in correcting this problem. I feel like I was taken advantage of my Dr. McClure and I feel at the very least I should get the money back I paid him for the surgeries. The pain and suffering I endured, a price tag cannot be placed on it.

As far as the tummy tuck, the scar is slooppy and uneven. Dr. McClure did not remove all of my previous c-section car. The scar around my outer belly button is thick and unattactive. I will most likely need laser surgery to help with that. My husband is leaving for Afganistan very soon so I do not know when I will be able to seek help for that.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope I am able to help at least one person.

Thank you,

Jessica Bumann
