I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I was able to relax very easily. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to, which is a really big deal for me.
