Personally, Dr. Nichols is a great Doctor. However, the scheduling is a nightmare. My children have been patients for over 10 years and I can never get them right in for any reason. We are always told to take our kids to an immediate care type place instead. Seriously considering changing doctors. What's the point in having one that you can't see when you need them?
