They are extremely reliable; however; they are WAY overbooked I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. It is a balancing act because once you get in the room with the doctor, he is so caring and professional, you almost want to forgive the wait. He definitely spends more time with each patient than the normal doctor. Unfortunately, the wait is not acceptable for our family. I will never return to the chesterfield office as the wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The Ladue office is just fine, though.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
