They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They made little to no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They did pay close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they're the best in the area.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
