I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

They were friendly, polite, and made me feel at home. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
