Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Dr. Carlson is the best.I give him 10 stars.

I am 7mo post-op and couldn't be happier with my vision. Dry eyes for a while but tolerable for the awesome results! Dr Carlson, Marti and Rachel are so nice and you will get to know them by name and they you. I have recommended their practice to many of my friends, family and collegues.

Had a great experience at this practice. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The tech was very patient and thorough. The doctor did not rush and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Overall a great experience and a nice setting for the little time I had to wait. Nice soft music in the waiting area along with coffee and water.
