If it weren't for Dr. Kagen's kindness and sincerity, I would never go back to this place. The laides working the front desk were incredibly rude to a patient who kindly suggested that they more clearly post their business' name outside the building to make it easier for patients to find the office. What is more, they proceded to make nasty comments about the patient and other patients jokingly to each other. I was appalled. I also had to wait an hour to see the doctor. Dr. Kagen was much more professional and likeable than his staff.
