I had an EMG fine on my lower right extremity. Dr. Chapman was very polite and talked me through the procedure. The procedure was nearly painless. I'd recommend him and see him again. I do wish I would have been told that I could have a flare up from the procedure as my leg was painful that night. Heat helped me though.

I got to the front desk and was greeted with a smile, sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes & was taken to a smaller room by the Dr.'s assistant where she took all my information plus blood pressure & weight. 5 minutes later Dr. Chapman came into the room & examined me & we talked about my situation & will proceed from there until my next appointment.

I had returned after a year long absence, having been treated with migraines for years. I recently had an MRI for intense neck pain and had a couple of questions Dr. was happy to answer for me. Dr. is compassionate and caring, listens and answers questions. He suggests options to provide better relief and we decide what I wish to do. I had considered starting with a doctor closer to where I live, but I have many years' history here and have felt cared for and always had cooperation with office staff for Rx needs and appointment scheduling. It is worth the half hour commute for me to receive this level of care from Dr. Chapman.

Dr Chapman was ahead of schedule. He took the time to answer all my questions, update my recommend referrals and perform a quick health check. The staff was very friendly and through. I would recommend Dr Chapman.

The receptionist was efficient and kind. Dr. Chapmans assistant was helpful and help me to feel relaxed. Dr. Chapman was through, explained what he was doing and at the end of test gave me the results. I was very pleased with the appointment.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. My appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m. I was told to arrive at 8:30 , which I did. Checking in only took 10 minutes so I waited until 9, when I was taken to an examination room. The nurse, Cherry, checked my medication list. Dr. Chapman came in promptly after she left. I thought he spent an appropriate amount of time and asked the right questions. I am doing fine so I will come back in 2 years unless I develop problems.

Complete service from start--Called a few days ahead of appointment day as reminder --Instructions on how to get to the facility --Receptionist greetings to questions and information --Doctor's nurse, questions et.al. --Doctor's greeting, questions, examination, future action Excellent relationship all the way around, no problems, felt important, no extensive waiting, professional treatment. Pleasant visit in all aspects.

a warm welcome at the check in , didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor, Dr. Chapman gave me a quick exam, did some tests on me & then he answered all my questions. Dr. Chapman was very patient , attentive & explained every thing to me.
