They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment. Dr. Schenck is great; Not the friendliest office staff, however.
