When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
