I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Dr. Edelmann’s office manager had a dispute with my parents about a billing issue. My daughter was present because my parents were taking her to her visit as well. I was shocked to hear that because of this dispute with my mother and father he is refusing to see us as well. One has nothing to do with the other. We did not have anything to do with the dispute yet in front of my daughter he informed all of them that he was not going to see any of them including me and my son again. My daughter came home from her doctor’s visit visibly upset. I find it appalling that he would tell a 6 year old that he was refusing to see her again. He hurt my daughter’s feelings and faith in doctors. He was the only doctor she has known and it is very sad that she has already had such a bad experience with a doctor’s office. He should be ashamed of himself for giving such an impression of a man in this field to a child. I have trusted him with my children’s health since they were born and now wish I never had done that. What a mistake I made allowing such a Doctor take care of my children. You think that when a person has been going to see a doctor for their whole life they would mean more to them but obviously the way he acted is just that, an act and he does not care about his patients at all. All that this doctor care about is money not a patients well being.
