The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
