I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. At one point the doctor belittled me for missing one appointment because I was severely ill and threatened to stop caring for me if I missed another appointment. I told him about the severity of the situation but I felt like he didn't try to understand. I don't feel like I can always count on them. If I'm were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Their prices were fair. I was comfortable in the office environment there and the staff were polite, kind and understanding. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I'm in the process of looking for a better doctor who will be more understanding if I have to reschedule appointments once in a while due to chronic illness.
