Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, they were immaculate!

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Moorman saved my child's life at birth. He is a terrific doctor. He always takes time to make sure I don't have any other questions. He is good about going the extra mile for his patients.

When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. After my child's appointment here, I told all my friends looking for a good pediatrician about them. They have a real talent working with children. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.
