Their staff is very friendly and professional. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Fresh coffee or tea always available, too Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off the freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I think Drs. Bell are the best a great father and son team!
