The worst encounter I have experienced with a health care professional of any kind! Dr Cooper lacks basic 101 manners, such as knocking on door before entering, not introducing herself, never acknowledging me by my name! She was very very rude to me. After expressing my concern with a skin problem (not life threatening but something I'm very insecure with) she states nothing I can do, "just suck it up and deal with it"!!!!!!!! I was blown away and left rather speechless that this was the attitude I got after putting off going to dr because of being embarassed! That sums up the attitude of the whole visit. Awful experience

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
