They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
