They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Parking is very close and there is no charge. They make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Dr. Callen is very competent and does not use a physician's assistant, which was an issue at another derm's office. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
