I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Worst wait time for an office visit ever. we arrived 15 minutes early for the appt. we were taken back to the exam room within 30 minutes. we sat in that little room for almost 2 hours. i went to the receptionist and ask what the problem was, she didn't know. i waited another 10 minutes then left without ever seeing the Dr. This visit was for my 10 year old boy. I will never try that Dr. again. Very unprofessional.
