We were very satisfied with our daughter's visit. They were helpful and we left feeling encouraged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Treated our daughter great and treated my husband and I with respect. We felt like we got many of our questions answered and we left feeling confident that on subsequent visits with out us our daughter would receive great care.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
