I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

No, they don't over-treat my child

No, they told me my child had to get every vaccination, regardless of my concerns

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
